Itinerary
Via Visoko
The Bosnian Pyramids tour begins in front of our office at Gazi Husrev-begova 75 in Sarajevo’s Old Town. The guide will briefly introduce the day’s plan before we head toward Visoko, home of the world-famous Bosnian pyramids. If you prefer, pick-up can be arranged from your accommodation anywhere in Sarajevo.
1st Stop: Drive through Visoko and Pyramid viewpoints
As we enter the town of Visoko, you’ll see the landscape change into the remarkable Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids. The guide will point out several scenic viewpoints where you can admire the alignment of the pyramids — the Pyramid of the Sun, the Pyramid of the Moon, and the surrounding hills believed to hold ancient structures.
From here, you’ll get your first panoramic view of the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun, considered the largest pyramid in Europe and even higher than Egypt’s Great Pyramid of Giza.
2nd Stop: The Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun
The Pyramid of the Sun is the most impressive site in the Visoko valley. Rising more than 200 meters above the surrounding area, it dominates the landscape. Your guide will share the story of how the pyramids were discovered and explain theories behind their formation — from ancient civilisations to natural geological phenomena.
You’ll walk along marked paths, see excavation sites, and learn about the energy readings that have made this pyramid one of the most intriguing archaeological sites in Europe. This part of the Bosnian pyramids tour takes about one hour.
3rd Stop: Archaeological Park “Ravne 2”
After visiting the Pyramid of the Sun, the Bosnian pyramids tour continues to Archaeological Park Ravne 2, a unique open-air complex combining nature, art, and spirituality. The park features:

A spiral botanical garden and labyrinth pathways

4th Stop: Ravne tunnels – The underground labyrinth
The highlight of the Bosnian Pyramids Tour is the visit to the Ravne Tunnels, part of the extensive underground labyrinth beneath Visoko. Here you’ll explore ancient tunnels and chambers believed to date back thousands of years.
Inside, you’ll experience a calm and mystical atmosphere, enhanced by the high concentration of negative ions — known to purify the body and improve well-being. The healing room and mega ceramic block K-2 are special energy points where many visitors report a deep sense of balance and calm.
The tunnels are well-lit and safe for visitors, with about one kilometre open to the public. This segment takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Return to Sarajevo
After exploring the Bosnian pyramids, Ravne tunnels, and Archaeological Park, we drive back to Sarajevo. The journey takes about 40 minutes. You can choose to be dropped off at our office or your accommodation.
