We’ve just returned from Sarajevo and have used Meet Bosnia on several occasions, including airport transfers, the free city walking tour and the Fall of Yugoslavia tour. We were very impressed each time we used them.
Our driver, who picked us up after our flight landed, was so friendly and gave us lots of information about the city.
Arna was our guide for the walking tour. She spoke so eloquently and passionately about the city and its history, giving us a deeper understanding of the local culture.
The Fall of Yugoslavia tour was also excellent. Our guide, Alan, was so knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions we had. He helped us understand the Siege of Sarajevo and helped break down what is quite a complicated political system. It was also lovely to hear from our driver, Mirza, who pointed out different locations as we drove through the city. It was a real privilege to learn about what must have been (and what must continue to be) a painful past from the people who lived through it.
We would highly recommend Meet Bosnia and when we return to Sarajevo, we will definitely be booking other tours with them.
