Found this place late unfortunately, on the last day of our trip, would have used them before if I had known! We came in to ask about luggage storage. They were immediately friendly but more than that scrupulously honest as they quoted us one price for left luggage, then, seeing we only had small backpacks, they said it would be half of what we had already agreed to pay!
When we picked up our bags we asked about the best place to hail a taxi for a trip to ‘Tunnel of Hope’ and then on to the Airport. They did not tell us the best place, instead they rang one for us, came outside to wait with us and negotiated the price and the arrangements.
Truly great bunch of people. Highly recommended.

I booked the airport transfer through TripAdvisor but the confirmation was confusing so I contacted Meet Bosnia directly who politely and efficiently confirmed the details. I was so impressed by their service that I booked some tours which I will review separately but I wanted to mention on here that my whole experience with this company was exceptional.
On arrival at Sarajevo the driver displaying my name on his phone was the first thing I saw as I entered the Arrivals hall. He took my bags and walked with us to his car parked close by. He delivered us to our hotel with no fuss. The return journey was also perfect. The driver arrived at the hotel in plenty of time and dropped me right outside the entrance for departures. The company also kindly sent me a WhatsApp message to re-assure me that their driver would pick me up at the correct time.
I have nothing but praise for this company and have no hesitation in recommending them to fellow travellers.
